Josh Young -- Partner and Head of Operations
For nearly 25-years, Josh has worked to uncover the opportunity that lies at the intersection of donor interest and organizational need to better the communities in which he has lived.
In that time, Josh has worked in a variety of roles with organizations in the fields of environmental conservation, education, healthcare, and public policy. During that time, his work has taken the shape of strategic planning, including campaign planning, systems design, budget creation and management, prospect research, moves management, event management, and donor stewardship.
A New England native, Josh made his way to Maryland to earn his B.A in History from Washington College. He later earned his M.P.A. in Policy and Management from the American University School of Public Affairs. He has been active with his alma mater, and currently serves as a member of the Watershed Advisory Committee at the Arundel Rivers Federation.
Josh lives in Annapolis with his wife and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor adventures, spending time with friends and family, and home renovation projects.
